Tasty Snacks for Fuel!

 

 

     I find that breakfast, lunch, and dinner are easier to create and prepare. The trick is finding snacks that will keep you filled for more than 10 minutes that give your body nutritional fuel.

  • Strawberries & blueberries with 2 tablespoons of cool whip
  • Fiber one oats & chocolate bar
  • Apple with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
  • Roasted rainbow carrots with “simple”, stop n shop brand, garlic flavored hummus
  • Roasted cauliflower tossed in hot sauce and dipped into 2 tablespoons of OPA Greek yogurt blue cheese
  • Fage Greek yogurt topped with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter & 16 ghiradelli chocolate chips
  • Coffee with flavored creamer
  • Flavored seltzer
  • Rice cakes with or without peanut butter
  • 1 serving of Pretzels with 1 string cheese
  • Oatmeal with granola and sliced of banana or apples
  • Sweet potatoe fries with cheese & ketchup
