Complete Circuit 3x:

(10 second rest interval)

45 jumping Jacks

30 dumbbell bicep curls

10 pushups

50 Mountain Climbers

40 standing overhead presses

10 tricep pushups

30 dumbbell bent over rows

45 Jumping Jacks

18 Burpees

40 dumbbell goblet squats

20 lunges

40 dumbbell tricep kickbacks
