Sunday Sundae 

Here is my weekly Sunday Sundae post on dessert items that won’t break your nutrition bank ! I love having these Oats & Chocolate Fiber One bars after dinner as my dessert 🙂 They are also my favorite pre-workout snack when I have an early morning workout, chocolate will always get me out of bed! Macros: 4g fat, 29g carbs, &2g of protein. The mini chocolate chips with the chocolate drizzle on top cures all sweet tooth!
