Volume Eating

What are volume foods?
Volume foods are foods rich in nutrition and  will keep you full. You can eat a large quantity of them because they are low calories and typically low in carbs.
Some low volume foods include:
-Zucchini (375g = 13g of carbs!)
-Spaghetti Squash
-Shirataki noodles
-Berries (100 blueberries/20g carbs = 100 calories!)
