Add Vitamin B-6 into a few meals this week!
Vitamin B-6 helps with protein metabolism and hemoglobin formation (transports oxygen around the body). Most importantly, as you exercise your body uses the carbohydrates you have in storage to fuel your workout and B-6 helps with this function.
Some examples include:
- Turkey meat (white)
