Run:

-50 meters: 50%

Jog:

Sprint:

-100 meters

Jog:

-100 meters

Stairs:

Sprint up the bleachers and recover on your way back down 3x

-Tricep dips : 45 reps

-Incline Pushups: 35

-Stepups: 50 reps

 

Repeat 3x
