Skinnygirl” popcorn, yum! One bag = 6g fat, 28g carbs, & 3G protein. I like how they are mini bags of popcorn so you can eat the entire bag! Another great snack are the underrated wheat thins, you can have 16 crackers for 5g of fat & 22g carbs. Pair with a laughing cow cheese wedge (1.5g fat) and make it a filling and tasty snack!
