How to Make Oatmeal Tasty!
Oatmeal is a great mid-morning or mid-afternoon snack because not only will it keep you full for 2-3 hours but it is full of fiber, carbs, AND protein. Not a fan of oatmeal? I have a couple of tricks to make it your most delicious meal of the day!
- Add 1/4 cup of Silk’s Almond Coconut soy milk blend after you cook your oatmeal….Your oatmeal will taste like paradise!
- Choose 1 min oats over the original oats. The 1 min oats tend to be smaller in size so it comes out creamy and smooth!
- Add peanut butter, especially the Nut’s n More brand found at GNC. It drizzles perfectly over your entire bowl
