Snack of the Day


Sweet potato fries! Can be cut into circles or into “fry” shape. I usually eat these everyday! You can create nachos with them! Layer your fries on the bottom and add olives, corn, tomatoes, cheese, onions on top! The toppings are endless. You can also just add shredded cheese and dip into ketchup for a simple snack. Not only do these orange potatoes pack a ton of nutrients but they also have a high carb count. Why do you need carbs? Carbs are very important in replenishing your muscle glycogen, which can be depleted about 40% after a workout!
