30 Standing Shoulder Press

20 Incline Push-ups

15 Jump Lunges

30 Goblet Squats

20 Burpees

30 Bent-over Rows

20 Side Lunges

15 Hammer Curls

30 Seated Russian Twists

20 Tricep Kick-backs

15 Bicep Curls

 

Repeat 3x
