I am a young mom of a toddler who is balancing work, fitness, and having a family. My fitness journey has taken me from being a college athlete to running 10k & half-marathons to now competing as a bodybuilder.

I currently lift weights, run, and follow the “if it fits your macros” nutrition lifestyle.
